Kenneth R. Brashear passed away from this life to his heavenly home Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at the Hospice in the Pines Inpatient, in Lufkin. A celebration of life will be Saturday, January 25,2025, at Gipson Funeral Home with interment at Berry Cemetery in Lufkin Texas, with Military Honors. Kenneth was born to the Late Richard and Esther Havard Brashear in Burke Texas, January 24, 1929 and lived a joyful life to the age of 95. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Reverend Wayne Havard; son, Russell Martin; son, Jack Martin; and parents Clarence and Sybil Mills of Lufkin, Texas. Betty graduated from Lufkin High School in 1952 and enjoyed staying in touch with her classmates through the '52 "Girls Luncheon".
