Mrs. Betty Elizabeth Bell Johnson, age 86, of Windsor, SC, died on February 7, 2023. Mrs. Johnson was the widow of Daniel "Dan" H. Johnson, who died in 2000. They were married on June 2, 1956. Betty was born to William Taft Bell and Eunice Lowe Bell on August 30, 1936 in Barnwell County. She was a nurse at both the Old Aiken Hospital and the newer Aiken Regional Hospital. She was also charge nurse at the old New Ellenton Nursing Home, until her retirement. After retiring, she became a member of the Hen House in Swansea, a quilting ministry that is dedicated to serving people in need.
