She was preceded in death by spouses Tom Greene and Ben Rawls. Ann graduated in 1956 from Charlotte Memorial Hospital with a Nursing Diploma. After retiring from her early career in nursing at Cleveland Memorial Hospital, she became the Executive Director of Cleveland Home Health Agency. Lester C. Toney, 76, of Lattimore, NC passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Born on March 19, 1947, he was the son of the late Sebert and Gladys Lucille Nelson Toney. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Lorene Burks; and his brothers, Dranan, Charles, Hank, Sebert, Jr., and Thomas Toney. Lester was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. He retired and enjoyed his time as an amateur photographer and being outdoors.
