Donald Eugene Cooper (1932-2024) Gone But Not Forgotten~ Captain Donald Eugene Cooper, 93, of Port Ludlow, Washington, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2024. Born on March 3, 1932, in Everett, Washington, Donald was the son of Alfred and Bernadine Cooper. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and the National Guard. In May 1961, Donald completed officer training and flight training with the Air Force and served during the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Cold War.
