She ran an at-home daycare for many years, where she played a vital role in shaping the lives of numerous children who came to regard her as family. Charles passed away on February 9, 2024 from brain cancer at his home in Olive Branch. He was a Christian and a member of Longview Heights Baptist Church. He was also retired from Steamfitters Union Local 614. Charles loved to play golf with his buddies as much as possible. Charles leaves his wife Peggy, two daughters Rebecca Sherman (Bob) and Angie King (James), four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister Linda Hall (David), and his little dog, Eleanor. Mary Charles Curbow Gregory, age 95, passed away December 27, 2023 at Kirby Pines Care Center, Memphis, TN.
