Born in Detroit Lakes in 1946, James made his mark as an educator and dedicated mentor at Milaca High School, where he taught agriculture and oversaw the FFA program for over 25 years. Renowned for his kindness, generosity, and sharp wit, James had an unwavering passion for connecting with others and engaging in meaningful conversations.
