Tamra Sue Cheatham (Schaffer) passed away at 11 PM on October 16, 2023. Tammy was at home surrounded by loved ones. Tammy was born October 25, 1958 to Charles and Nancy Schaffer in Oceanside California. Tammy grew up in Terre Haute Indiana. She attended Rankin Elementary, Otter Creek Junior High, and graduated from North Vigo High School class of 1976. Tammy completed her schooling at Ivy Tech community college where she received her associate degree in accounting. Tammy had many talents. Anne Elizabeth Donnelly, 85, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. Born in Slough England on August 20, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rosemary Rose. The family moved to North America in 1964, finally settling in Fort Wayne in 1972. While in Ft. Wayne, Anne was a faithful member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church, served on the Board of Volunteers for the Ft. Wayne Philharmonic, was a past president of the Alliance for the Ft. Wayne Museum of Art and a longtime member of the Ft. Wayne Art League. In September of 2020, Anne moved to Plainfield, IN.
