Born on December 16, 1937, in Neva, TN, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Cassie (OundefinedNeal) Dickens. Bertha was an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene since 1986. She served in multiple Nazarene Churches in many different capacities until her move to Long Beach, MS, in 2018, where she attended and served at the Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle Church. Born on February 26, 1928, in Belleville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Rufus A. and Annie L. (Zook) Peachey. Elizabeth attended Belleville Public School. She was baptized in her youth upon her confession of faith and was a faithful member of the Gortner Amish Church. She was a loyal companion of her late husband, David C. Born on December 8, 1940, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Kenneth Grady Caple Sr. and E. Mae (Hill) Caple. Wayne earned an associate's degree from Baltimore City Community College and worked in Human Relations for Bendix Field Engineering. Tommy Bernard Lipscomb, 84, of Oakland, MD, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Garrett Regional Medical Center. Born on January 16, 1939, in Eglon, WV, he was the son of the late Charles H. Lipscomb and Lona Sarah (Bolyard) Lipscomb. Tommy was a graduate of Aurora High School and pursued higher education at Potomac State College. Norma Jean Nye, 85, of Kitzmiller, MD, passed away on January 8, 2023 in Oakland, MD. Born on October 28, 1937, in Marlin, TX, the daughter of the late Fritz and Anita (Melcher) Otto. Norma "Jeanne" graduated from WACO High School and later earned a degree from Essex Community College in Baltimore. She worked as a bookkeeper her whole life, and enjoyed that work before she retired. She was a member of the St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Bowleys Qrts, MD and also was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Baltimore before moving to Kitzmiller.
