Betty loved reading, country dancing, and sewing. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Tonawanda. He is the cherished father of Cheri Derry, and loving brother of Cheryl (late Rodney) Damon, Linda Zack, Jeffrey (Laurie), Bradley (Linda), and David (Jennifer) Schultz.
