Teddy Vigl Sr. of Santa Fe passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 at the age of 85. He was born on August 24, 1937 in Rio Lucio, New Mexico. Teddy was preceded in death by his parents Esequiel and Sofia Vigil. Nino and Nina Amadeo and Magdalena Sandoval, his brother Joe Vigil, brother-in-law Lauriano Gurule, nephew Jerry Gurule and In laws Benjamin and Bertha Medina plus other loving relatives. Teddy was raised by his aunt and uncle Magdalena and Amadeo Sandoval in Rio Lucio. Bruce Edward Marier of Woodstock, Vermont died of Covid-19 on December 17, 2022 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Santa Fe. He had traveled from Vermont in late October to visit people and places he had come to love during the twelve years he lived in Taos. A superb skier and an intrepid hiker, he loved the Taos mountains. He loved too the many opera and classical music performances available in the area. Born on September 8, 1936 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, Bruce was educated in Holyoke public schools, served in the U.S. Navy, and graduated from the University of Hartford. Mary grew up in Penasco as one of twelve children born to Serapio and Bertha Duran. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Medina who passed away in 1993, her parents, Serapio and Bertha Duran, brothers, Lalo, James, Louie and Serapio Jr. (Tony) Duran; sisters, Viola Barela, Josie Martinez and Rosie Tollardo.
