Mr. Wilson James West age 95, born on November 13, 1926 in Imperial Pennsylvania departed this life on December 14, 2021. He served in the Army in WWII. After the war, he graduated from the University of Pittsburg in Civil Engineering. He was an Industrial Engineer by trade, and retired from the United States Postal Service in 1988, where he was the assistant manager of the Bulk Mail Center in Memphis TN. In his retirement years, he enjoyed dancing with his wife of 60 years Luella and friends, going on walks with his dog Shadow, and playing tennis.
