Rosa Garza, age 75, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Rosa retired from SBCISD after dedicating 40 years to teaching. She is survived by her husband, Guadalupe Garza, her son Omar Garza, her daughter Herminia Garcia, and, her daughter in law Antonia Garza. Her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and the rest of her family and friends will also miss her dearly. Cesar was born to Juan Cuellar and Elvia Covarrubias on December 24, 1937, in San Benito, Texas. He was a loving son, father and grandfather. Cesar had a passion for education and the legal system throughout his life.
