On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, Rita Lou Middagh passed away at the age of 81 in Deaconess Gateway Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Vincennes, IN on August 24, 1941, to Carl W. Fye and his wife Mary Kathleen (Litherland) Fye. Rita married Lawrence E. "Larry" Middagh. They built a wonderful legacy for their three children and families to continue and build upon. Larry preceded her in death on January 1, 2014.
