Leo Johnson, age 92, a loving husband and great father went to be with the Lord on April 14. 2021. He was born November 8, 1928, in Lecompte, LA. He lived most of his life in Beaumont, TX and Sam Rayburn Lake area in TX. After serving 2 years in the US Navy, he graduated from LSU in Electrical Engineering. He worked in the oil industry for Mobil refineries 38 years. After retirement, he moved to Sam Rayburn Lake area and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Beaumont and Rayburn Baptist Church in Brookeland. Leo taught by example, was devoted to his faith and dedicated to his family and home.
