He was born August 24th, 1951 in Black River Falls, Wisconsin to Wilbur and Emily (Waukon) Blackdeer. He graduated from Black River Falls in 1970, he later went on to attend Haskell Indian Junior College in Lawrence, KS. Seth Gene McCool, 40, of Mountain View, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 12, 2022. Seth grew up in Chickasha and attended school in Verden, graduating high school in 2002. Growing up on a small family farm raising wheat and alfalfa, he started his own custom harvesting business, McCool Custom Cutting, better known to some as 2Dam McCool Harvesting. After high school he spent a year living his dream of working on a cattle ranch in Wyoming. Sharon met and married the love of her life, Vernon Ahtone on December 18,1983 at the Botone Methodist Church in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe. Jerry grew up and attended school in Roosevelt and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1964. He spent his working life as a Custom Combiner, cutting anything and everything that could be cut with a combine. He also worked during Cotton Harvest at the Cotton Gin. She was born to Albert and Oneda (Autry) Hall in June of 1932 in the Denton Community east of Lawton. Her family moved to Lawton when she was seven.
