Robert (Bob) Gossman of Carmel, Indiana, passed away on July 17, 2021. He was born on January 17, 1931, in Jackson County, Indiana, to Hubert and Elsie Gossman. He attended Arsenal Technical High School and received a Bachelor's degree from Butler University. As an early adult, he was active at Brookside EUB Church. Later he was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church. He served briefly in the army active duty and reserve naval service. He was married to his lifetime love, Elizabeth (Liz) Irwin, for 66 years until her death in 2016. He had three younger brothers Harold, Joe and Wayne (deceased).
