A Memorial Service for Barbara Ann Brehm will be held on Friday, April 22 at 3:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 216 Skyline Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA. The daughter of Kenneth and Hazel Adams, she was born in Carlisle and lived there until Sept. 2019. She was a nurse for the Carlisle Area School District. Bishop Jacob Briscoe is officiating. Barbara Ann Brehm, 87, formerly of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022 at The Bob Fryer & Family Inpatient Center (Hospice & Community Care) in Mount Joy, Pa. She was born on November 23, 1934 in Carlisle and was the daughter of the late Kenneth M. and Hazel B. (Fickel) Adams and widow of the late Donald R. Brehm to whom she was married for 60 years. Barb graduated from Carlisle High School in 1952 and from the Harrisburg Hospital School of Nursing in 1955. Rev. William J. Sullivan, 88, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at his residence at St. Anne's Retirement Community in Columbia, PA. He was born in Mount Carmel, PA and was the son of the late William Henry and Julia Antoinette (Burke) Sullivan. He graduated from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Elementary School, Mount Carmel Catholic High School, Saint Charles College, Catonsville, MD, Saint Charles Borremeo Seminary, Overbrook, PA, and earned his Masters Degree in Religious Education from LaSalle University.
