Ralph Albert Miles, passed away on April 8, 2023 in his home in Snyderville. He was born on August 11, 1942, in the Miners Hospital in Park City, to Milton & Oral Miles. He married, the love of his life, Karan Durrant, on December 18, 1962, they were later Sealed in the Temple. He loved the family that she provided him. Janet Tinsley Barski passed away on March 6, 2023. She was born and reared in Amory, MS. Upon high school graduation, she attended the University of Mississippi School of Business. She later graduated from Mississippi College, a private Christian University with a B.S. degree in Nursing. She worked at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson with a critical care background. Her last position there was Transplant Nurse Coordinator with the Department of Surgery. Richard Seth Wood, age 80 years, died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on February 22, 2023, after a long battle with dementia. He is survived by his devoted wife, Toni Wood, who saw him through every step of the journey. Marva June Thacker Edwards passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 in Heber City, Utah. She was born on March 15, 1934 in Charleston, Utah to Ray Alva Thacker and Mable Jemima Casper Thacker. She was the youngest of seven children with four brothers and two sisters. She had a happy childhood, being raised in Charleston. Her father owned a portable saw mill, so most summers, the family would go to the mountains to log and haul lumber to town. Marva, her mother and sisters would prepare meals and do other household chores at their camp while the boys worked with their dad cutting lumber. We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Joseph Russell Wynn, 56, of Heber City, UT. Joe was born on October 5, 1965, to Russell Wynn and Karla Wynn in Blackfoot, ID. Joe attended college at Utah State University, where he graduated with a double major in Pre-Law and Business Administration in 1987. In the fall of 1985, Joe met the love of his life, Laurie Buys. Following graduation, Joe and Laurie were married November 5, 1987, and moved to American Falls where Joe lived up to his Idaho roots and helped manage the Wynn family potato farm (much to Laurie's surprise, as she thought she was marrying a soon-to-be law student). Earl Reed Stephens, 83, died on September 1, 2021, in Provo, Utah. He was born on September 21, 1937, in Montpelier, Idaho to Earl and Lily Stephens. He married Karen Payne on September 16, 1957. He then married Keary Wilson, December 7, 1991. Reed attended school in Montpelier, Idaho and then went to Utah State University and graduated with a degree in Agriculture Education. After graduation he went right to work at Wasatch High School, teaching many Future Farmers and retired after working there for 39 years. Over those years, he touched many lives, spent many hours teaching, coaching, and inspiring young people to love Ag, helping to inspire many of the leaders of this great community....

Zelda Dean Kohler Isaksen died peacefully at her Midway home on June 13, 2021, after meeting the challenges of aggressive cancer. She was born on October 29, 1932, in Midway, Utah, to Albert and Elsie Kohler. She thrived on the family dairy farm and, with her twelve siblings, she learned to work hard, to enjoy play, and to sing regularly. She attended Wasatch County schools and graduated from Wasatch High School in 1950. Afterward, she attended Brigham Young University where she earned a bachelor's degree and teaching certificate in elementary education.
