Robert (Bob) Jesse Carter Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 7th, 2024, after his battle with a brain tumor. Bob was born to Robert and Charlotte Carter in San Jose, California. He grew up in Garden Grove, California until the age of 11 when he and his family moved to Caldwell, Idaho. There and the surrounding area he would live for the rest of his life. Bob enjoyed sports as a child, especially baseball and football. One of his favorite memories was playing optimist baseball on the fourth of July at Simplot Stadium and enjoying the fireworks after the game.
