He was devotedly married to his high school sweetheart, Joanne Dillon for 56 years until her death in 2007. A stock broker by profession and an avid volunteer, Bill enjoyed hiking, gardening, travel, games of all kinds, sports, history, and reading. He was a member of the Society of the Cincinnati and the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. Kurt was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, where he graduated from East High School in 1977. He attended Wichita State University and the University of Missouri, graduating with a degree in journalism in 1982. Sally Irene Webster (nee Stratton), born March 15, 1937 in Wausau, Wisconsin, passed away on March 26, 2021 in Washington, D.C. at the age of 84. She is survived by her loving husband R. Kenly Webster, son Timothy Webster and his wife Valerie Mann, daughter Kimberly Webster and her husband David Cella, and her adoring grandchildren and many other family members and truly dear friends. Douglas Arthur McGregor, 78, of Sanibel, Florida, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 28th after a year long battle with cancer. Douglas joined The Rouse Company in 1972, and served as Vice Chairman and COO from 1998 until his retirement. Douglas is survived by his wife of 57 years, Karen, his sister, Irene, his children, Molle and spouse Barry, Brian and spouse Thayer, and grandchildren Ash, Harper, Peter, Samuel, and Alexandra. Charles Frederic Warren died peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2021. He was born in Washington, NC on February 17, 1926 to Lindsay Carter Warren and Emily Harris Warren. The family moved from "Little" Washington to Washington, DC in 1940. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School where he served as senior class president.
