Dennis Lee Southworth, or Denny as he was known to many, age 64 of Piketon, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 20, 2023, at the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. Denny was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Edith "Mae" Southworth, and his father-in-law Sherman Tuttle. Denny was united in marriage to his one true love, Teresa (Tuttle) Southworth on August 16,1980 where they have one daughter, Brandi (Michael) Davis and two wonderful grandchildren Declan and Branleigh Davis all of whom survive.
