She was born on December 27, 1967 in Huntington, West Virginia to Billy Dee and Betty Jane (Knight) Fuller. On August 8, 1986 she married the love of her life Gene Bumgardner. She was born on October 7, 1935 in Chillicothe to the late John Adolph and Hazel (Calhoun) Kenz, and was an "only" child. On June 24, 1962, she married Walter J.
