Jim "James" R. Jahn, age 79 and lifelong resident of Grove City, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Berger Hospital in Circleville. Jim was born on February 12, 1943 to the late Walter and Helen (n?e Miller) Jahn and graduated from Grove City High School. Jim was a lifelong farmer and took immense pride in working his fields. He also enjoyed gardening and westerns, and if you visited him he was surely doing one or the other. Jim was hardworking, dependable, and had a generous heart. Rita L. Baxter, age 90, of Ashville, OH passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at her residence with her family by her side. To join her loving husband Charles of 68 years. She was born September 10, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Hans and Amelia (Fischer) Amann. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brothers; Paul, Monsignor Robert, Thomas, and Richard Amann; and her mother-n-law Alice DiBella.
