Richard (Dick) T. Kinsman, 91, of Arcadia, FL, died September 8th at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL. Born March 30, 1930 in Eau Claire, WI, he is the son of the late Frank C. and Marie (Gibbons) Kinsman. He married the love of his life, Bonita (Bonnie) M. VanderWegen on September 29, 1951 in Rice Lake, WI. Dick was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. He took a position as a Wisconsin State Trooper and was stationed in Green Bay, Wausau and Rice Lake. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1968. He retired in 1979 after 26 1/2 years of service. Donald R. Allen of Palmetto passed away August 17, 2021, at the age of 84. He was born on November 19, 1936 in Sharon, Pennsylvania and was the son of Ted and Bertha Allen. Donald graduated from Vienna High School in 1954. Following high school he proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1954 to 1958 as a submarine sailor.
