In the early morning hours of October 6, 2023, Dolores "Dee" A. McNelis peacefully passed away at Good Shepherd Hospice, Sebring, FL three days after her 82nd birthday. Born on October 3, 1941, in Hornell, NY to the late Andrew & Laura Martin, Dee spent most of her life in the Canisteo Valley. After graduating from Canisteo High School, she attended beauty school in Elmira and New York City and later operated her own hair salon in Hornell for several years. Dee later became a regional saleswoman for Beeline Fashions traveling all over the upstate New York region, before working for and eventually managing Mr. Panonsian's shoe store in Hornell for over 15 years. Wanda (Perry) Clevenger, 60, of Frederick MD, passed away peacefully at her home after a lengthy illness on the morning of September 29th 2022. Wanda was born on October 22, 1961 to parents James Roger Perry Sr. and Margaret Louise Perry. She was the wife of Chris Clevenger until his death on October 9th 2000. Wanda worked at the Comus Inn for many years where friendships were formed that lasted a lifetime.
