Jo Ann Knox died peacefully in her home in Albany, Ga., on Friday, April 28, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Bill Behrend, and by her five children, Mark Knox of Holland, Mich.; Lenore Knox Hollowell, of Columbus, Ind.; Jeanette Kosarko Jones, of Columbus, Ind.; Scott Kosarko, and Michael Knox, of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, six stepchildren, including Susan Joy Spencer, of Albany, Ga., eight step-grandchildren, and and one step-great-grandchild.
