Elizabeth "Liz" Anne McBride, 100, beloved longtime Chelsea resident, recently of Revere, MA, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2021 at the Lighthouse Nursing Center in Revere. Born to the late John and Ellen Sullivan on February 6, 1921 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the family soon moved to Revere then Chelsea. Liz was a cheerleader and track star at Chelsea High, graduating in 1939. Four years later, she married her high-school sweetheart, the late John Edward McBride. They celebrated 68 years of marriage until he passed in 2011. David passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 with his sister by his side at their home in South Hadley, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 71 years of age. Born and raised in Everett, he is the son of the late Adam M. and Lena M. (DeBiase) Palangi. David attended Everett Public Schools and graduated from Everett High School with the Class of 1967. After high school, David attended UMass Amherst and received a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He pursued his career in engineering at Farmer Engineering.
