James Lee McHugh of Park Rapids, MN was born March 20, 1947 and died January 21, 2025. Jim grew up in Osseo, MN. He was a proud potato farmer in Osseo and Brooklyn Park, then later a partner in Wingard Farms in Elk River. He retired to Two Inlets, MN. Jim was an enthusiastic outdoorsman, skilled at deer hunting, who appreciated nature. He also knew his way around the kitchen and would bring potato dishes to gatherings. He was a determined and strong-willed man who was generous with his time and talents. He had a witty sense of humor and loved to laugh.
