Volodymyra was born on May 14, 1948 in Kopychenci, Ukraine and was the daughter of the late Volodymyr and Eugenia (Legenc) Zagulak. Twenty six years ago, she arrived here in the United States and began a career as a home health aide, assisting many people over the years, especially those patients that required hospice care.
