Ms. Kerr was born July 8th, 1941 in Marietta, GA to her late parents Caroline Wilson Seabolt and Edward Windfield Seabolt. She was a member of the Haney Grove Baptist Church and worked for Underwood Mold as a supervisor. Mrs. Haugen was an elementary school teacher for the Cobb County School System until her retirement.
