Thomas Hull Cogbill died peacefully at his home on Saturday, December 31, 2022 as a result of advanced prostate cancer. Tom was born on December 12, 1952 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Bell and Helen (Kellogg) Cogbill. Tom graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974 and then completed a Bachelor of Medical Science Degree in 1975. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1977 and then completed his internship and residency with the Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado Medical Center. Nova was born in Davis City, Iowa on October 3, 1938 to Chester and Melva Turpen. She grew up in Iowa and Michigan, graduating from North High School in Des Moines in 1956. She attended Simpson College and was a member of Delta Zeta sorority. Following college, Nova moved to Beloit, WI to begin her teaching career at Merrill Elementary and later at Townview Elementary School. She met her husband, Jim, in 1962 and they were married later that same year. Nova was most proud of her children, Diane and John, and the family she created with Jim. Lawrence Edward Jungbluth was born February 14, 1941, in Madison, WI the son of Raymond and Sylvia (Norton) Jungbluth. He was raised in Madison and graduated from Madison East High School in 1959. Butch worked for a short time as a mechanic before joining the U.S. Navy and serving his country for 2 years. Bob was born on November 8, 1941, in Platteville, Wisconsin. He proudly served his country in the Navy before becoming a substation electrician at Alliant Energy (formerly Wisconsin Power & Light) in the Southern Area facility outside of Beloit, Wisconsin. Retiring from Wisconsin Power & Light, Bob, and his beloved wife Lois, enjoyed a full and happy retirement on Whitefish Lake in Stone Lake, Wisconsin.
