Reuben "Skip" Arthur Hodder, III, 78, of Scottsbluff, passed away Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, at Regional West Medical Center. A memorial service in Scottsbluff will be announced at a later date. A memorial service will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, on July 3, 2021. A memorial has been established at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Scottsbluff. Skip was born on July 3, 1942, at Covington, Kentucky, to Reuben Arthur Hodder, Jr. and Willa May Stock Hodder. He received his early education in the Covington Independent Public Schools, graduating from Holmes High School in 1960.
