Geraldine Ophelia Gowdy, fondly known as "Jerre", a philanthropist and longtime supporter of the arts, medicine, and civic institutions in Boston and Palm Beach, Fla., and the wife of the Hall of Fame, nationally known sports broadcaster Curt Gowdy, died peacefully at her home in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass., on January 27, 2026. She was 101 and surrounded by family after a long, vibrant, and fulfilling life. Marjorie Ann (Brenneman) Roach passed away at her home in Pullman, Washington on January 11, 2026, surrounded by her three sons and family members. Born the fourth of seven siblings to missionary parents in Dhamtari, India on September 5, 1940, Marjorie lived a life that took her from India, to Kansas, to American Samoa, back to India with her own young family, and subsequently to many parts of the United States. Known for her spirited, adventurous nature as a student, Marjorie graduated from Eastern Mennonite College (EMC) in 1962 with her BSN. Edward (Ed) Poledna passed away peacefully at his home December 29, 2025. He was born December 16, 1936 and was raised in Laramie. He later moved to Denver, CO after marrying the love of his life Sharon Clark. There he had a construction business until he retired. Ed was preceded in death by his wife Sharon, his parents Werdna Hanson Poledna Norton and Richard Poledna, his step father Bill Norton and brothers, Dick (Richard) Poledna and Bob Poledna. He is survived by his brother Dale Poledna (Gayle) and sister Darlene Cesko (Walt) and his nieces and nephews. At Ed's request there will be no services.

Albert Martin Carollo, Jr., 90, of Green River, Wyoming, passed peacefully on October 21, 2025. Al was born to Albert and Leona Carollo on April 9, 1935 in Logan, Utah. He graduated from Rock Springs High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Business at Colorado State University. After joining the U.S. Army in 1958, he joined the Wyoming National Guard in 1959 where he served until honorably discharged in 1965.
