Alan C. Hartman, age 61 of Morristown, TN passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. After graduating from Chuckey-Doak High School Alan attended ETSU. Alan graduated with a Masters degree in Urban Planning. Alan's career of city planning spanned throughout many cities. Alan ended his career as Director of City Planning for the city of Morristown.
