Mary Louise Apple n?e Wheeler born February 12, 1928 died peacefully March 1, 2022. A founder of Apple Rubber Products in Lancaster, New York with her husband Peter in 1971, Mary traveled frequently to the Far East and Europe building a very successful international business. Known for her radiant smile and kindness she lifted the spirits of everyone fortunate enough to know her. It was a gift to be with her. She will be missed beyond measure. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca, her son Steven, her son-in-law Horst and his daughter Eva. And, of course, her beloved Chihuahua "Baby Blu". The Angels are singing - she's home. Margaret Dianne (Knapp) Galvin, born August 19, 1932 in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2021, comforted by her children. "Peggy" to her friends, she was the youngest daughter of Margaret (Kelleher) Knapp and Elwin D. Knapp of Marshfield, Massachusetts. Her father was the co-founder of the Knapp Shoe Company with his brother Clarence. Peggy lived in Wellesley Hills as well as the family farm in Framingham and attended Newton Country Day of the Sacred Heart and Newton College of the Sacred Heart. PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - Paul Emile Lamey, age 81, passed away at his home December 15, 2020 with his family by his side after a brief battle with cancer. Paul was born in Manchester, NH on December 24, 1938, the son of the late Jean and Juliette (Clement) Lamey. From childhood, Paul always had a need for speed. He graduated from Saint Anselm College and shortly thereafter, joined the US Navy. He was a pilot, master parachuter and in 1963 at the Navy's request, he started the US Navy bobsled team. Salvatore Joseph (Sal) Nuzzo, 88, of Juno Beach, Florida died April 9, 2020 in Jupiter, Florida. The son of Italian immigrants Rocco and Angela (Renzulli) Nuzzo, Mr. Nuzzo was born and raised with eight brothers and sisters in Norwalk, Connecticut. He was an outstanding scholar, leader and athlete. His senior year, Mr. Nuzzo lead the Norwalk High School football team to its only State Championship while serving as the school's student body president. He attended Yale University on a scholarship, graduating in 1953 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
