William C. "Bill" Lyons II, of Milford, DE passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in Kent General Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover. Bill was born in Milford, DE son of the late William C. and S. Faye (Pearson) Lyons. He was working as a heavy equipment mechanic for J.R. Smith in Denton when he became ill. He enjoyed working on cars in his spare time and loved listening to the old style classic country music. Donald MacDonald, Jr. of Federalsburg, passed away on January 16, 2021 in Nanticoke Hospital in Seaford after a brief illness. Born on August 5, 1938 in Denton, he was the son of the late Donald and Elizabeth MacDonald. He was involved in logging and trucking for most of his working career. Mr. MacDonald was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Janice Messick MacDonald who passed away on December 25, 2014., a sister Elva VanSchaik and a daughter Deborah Moore. Howard E. Todd Jr., of Harrington Delaware, passed away on March 28, 2020. Howard was born October 25, 1930 near Queenstown MD. He attended Queenstown Grammar School (2nd grade alone) and graduated from Centreville High School class of 1947. Howard was married to Saeko Todd in 1954 in Kobe Japan Embassy. They were married 66 years. Howard enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1950 and was honorably discharged as Staff Sergeant in 1954. He served in the Far East. After his discharge he continued his work in Civil Service in Japan, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand.
