Barbara Elaine Gates Chance, 71 of Conroe, Texas, passed away on November 25th, 2024 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Elaine was born in Conroe, Texas on April 27th, 1953. She graduated from Conroe High School in May of 1971. Following high school, she obtained her cosmetology license but forewent her career in order to raise her family. Elaine was married to Jackie W. Chance Sr. on June 8th, 1972. They were married fifty-two years.
