Greg Strand, age 74, of Erskine, MN and McIntosh, MN, passed away on Sunday, December 29th, at McIntosh Senior Living. A celebration of life will be held in the spring. Greg grew up in Erskine, MN, graduated from Erskine High School in 1968. He held numerous jobs in the area before enlisting in the US Army in May of 1971. Virginia (Patchen/Kappedahl) Christen, age 69, formerly of Anoka, Oklee, and Erskine, MN, passed away on Sunday, January 7th, at Essentia Hospital in Fosston. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19th, at the Carlin Funeral Home in Fosston Interment will be in Constance Free Cemetery, Andover, MN at a later date. Jerome "Bud" Johnson, age 91, of Fosston, MN, passed away on Wednesday, November 13th, at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 18th, at Kingo Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. John Ragan officiating. Interment will be in Kingo Lutheran Cemetery, Fosston. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service on Sunday, November 17th, at the Carlin Funeral Home in Fosston.
