Theresa Louise Waldron Rutledge, 56, of Etta, passed away on October 3, 2025, in Tippah County as the result of an automobile accident. Theresa was born on April 11, 1968, to Robert Dean Waldron and Rebecca Nesselroad Waldron. She grew up surrounded by love and carried that same love into every corner of her life. David Glenn Palmer, age 57, of Fulton, passed away at his home on September 15, 2025. He was born on May 24, 1968, in Illinois to the late Robert Palmer and Reta DeVaughn Palmer. David proudly served his country in both the United States Marines and the Army National Guard, completing a combined 27 years of dedicated military service. A true patriot, he carried the values of loyalty, strength, and perseverance into every aspect of his life.
