Frederick Edward Anton "Tony" Schilling III, 88, a resident of Dothan, AL, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at his residence. Private memorial services will be held for the family at a later date. Mr. Schilling was born February 7, 1933 in Marietta, GA to Frederick Edward Anton Schilling, Jr. and Kate Louise Barker Schilling and lived the early years of his life there. Tony was the great grandson of F. E.A. Schilling the founder of Schilling Hardware on the square in Marietta. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech University and served in the U.S. Navy for two years.
