James "Jimmy" Frederick Gomilla entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 1, 2024 in Ruston, Louisiana at the age of 91. James was born on Monday, November 14, 1932, in Hammond, LA and raised on his family's strawberry farm. He was a 1953 graduate of Hammond High School. James served in the United States Army with his identical twin, Samuel and received a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University.
