CRAFT, William David, age 78, was born in Newport News Va., Dec. 20, 1946. Passed away April 25, 2025. He was a resident of The Villages, formerly of Quinton Va.. He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend. Bill served in the Army as an M.P. 66-68 and he loved his Country. He was a Millwright by trade starting at Chesapeake Corp., moving on to Nabisco where he worked for 30 years. He raced and built Stock Cars with his friends for many years. Patricia J. Hoey, age 84, of The Villages, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Cornerstone Hospice. Born on December 12, 1940, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Pat was the daughter of Oscar and Aurore (Madore) Frechette. After graduating from St. Elizabeth's Hospital School of Nursing in 1961, Pat proudly served her country as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. It was there that she met the love of her life, fellow officer Patrick Hoey. They were married on February 29, 1964 ? a leap year wedding for a love that endured a lifetime. We are sad to report the passing of Richard David Goodwin (Dick) on March 28, 2025 at Leesburg Hospital from complications of cancer treatments. Dick fought a long and courageous battle and is now with his Lord. Dick was born April 30, 1939 in Wilmington, Delaware to Richard Goodwin and Anna Louise Justison. Rosemary Rita Piccola of Lady Lake, FL passed away on Sunday, Oct. 27, at the age of 89. She was born on Nov. 15, 1934, in Oxford, N.J., and grew up in Hackettstown, N.J. She graduated from Hackettstown H.S. in 1953. She was an honor student and a cheerleader. She attended Churchman's Business School. Ronald Hare, 93, of The Villages, Florida passed away on October 3, 2024. He was born on February 8, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Clifford and Thelma Hare. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Hare with whom he spent most of their 66 years of marriage living in Michigan. He was also preceded in death by his son Scot Edward Hare.
