Deanna M. Shannon, 79, of Cranberry Township, passed away at UPMC Passavant McCandless on the evening of March 16, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Born September 10, 1942 in Lone Pine, California, she was the daughter of the late Walter Leonard and Avilia Macias Berringer. She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles J. Shannon. They would have celebrated 30 years of marriage this June and she would have told you those were the happiest 30 years of her life. Mother of Julie A. McCormick of CA., Janeil M. Joan "Joanie" Chappel, 71, of Butler died peacefully on Friday, September 25th at Sunnyview nursing home. Born November 29th, 1948, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Coy "Jim" Chappel and Eileen O'Connor Chappel. Ms. Chappel is survived by her daughter Erin Beeson of Berkeley, CA; her son-in-law Chris Prochnow; three sisters, Kate (the late Charles) Goessler of Perrysville, Susan (Clay) McLeod of Wexford, and Carole (Sonny) Michaels of Economy. Regina "Jean" (Wespy) Schepis, 89, died Saturday, June 20, 2020.
