Father Thomas Joseph Gorman III died peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Hospice of Northwest, Ohio. He was 90 years old. Father Tom was preceded in death by his father Thomas Joseph Gorman II and his mother Rita Elizabeth (Johanna) Finn Gorman. He is survived by his siblings: sister, Mercy Sister Breta Gorman; brother, James (Janice); sister, Julia Zeigler (Ronald); and by one nephew and four nieces and many grand nieces and nephews. Father Gorman was ordained May 30, 1959, and celebrated his first Mass at his home parish of Saint Rose, Lima Ohio. Carol C. Straley, 81, of Paulding, passed away on May 23, 2023, at Parkview North Regional Hospital. She was born in Paulding County, on January 19, 1942, to Harry and Eunice (Sonnigsen) Johnson. They both preceded her in death. On May 24, 1961, she was united in marriage to Edward Straley, who also preceded her in death. George F. Ervin, 90, of Delphos, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Vancrest-Sarah Jane Living Center of Delphos. He was born October 21, 1932, in Jackson, OH, to Kenneth and Wilma (Norris) Ervin. They preceded him in death. On June 4, 1953, he was united in marriage to Wanda Malone. She survives in Delphos. Denny Gail Foust, 78, passed away at 1:20 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022, at The Springs of Lima. He was born March 19, 1944, in Elida, OH, to Gail E. and Gay E. (Baxter) Foust. They both preceded him in death. He was united in marriage to Mary Andersen on July 23, 1966. She survives in Lima.
