Anna Marie Hubbard Ahlstrom, 96, passed away peacefully January 16, 2024 in Pleasant Grove, Utah of causes incident to age. Marie was born July 10, 1927 at Pocatello, Idaho to Earl Pratt Hubbard and Rachel Fifield. She was the middle child of five, having two older sisters, Melba Raye Hubbard Jones and Anita Faye Hubbard Twitchell, and two younger brothers, Earl Phelps Hubbard and John Allen Hubbard. She grew up at Pocatello, American Falls, and Elba, Idaho, where she especially enjoyed spending time with her Fifield cousins. Marie graduated from Raft River High School in 1944. Neil was born in Phoenix, Arizona, on December 22, 1953, to John and Frances Pfunder. He was the baby of the family?the youngest of six siblings. Velma Rose Gray Risenmay, 97, of American Fork, Utah, passed away on December 7, 2023. She was born in Iona, Idaho, and lived in York, Woodville, Rose, and Idaho Falls for the next 87 years before moving to Utah. She grew up on a farm with a loving family. She attended school in York in a two-room school where a curtain separated the rooms. Her childhood was filled with life on the farm, riding horses and bikes and working alongside her parents.
