Heaven received another angel on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Our beloved father, Bill Edward Atchley, a 90-year-old resident of Burley, passed away suddenly at Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley. Bill was born May 31, 1934, in Teton City, Idaho, with the humblest of beginnings. His biological parents were Charles Edward Brown and Lola Harris Brown - both teenagers. It was during the Great Depression and his parents literally had nothing and lived with Bill's paternal grandparents. Eula was born March 12, 1937, in Ashton, Idaho, to W.R. and Eloise Bradley Atchley. Eula was nicknamed "Eudie" at a very early age; it was a nickname that stayed with her for the rest of her life. Eudie was an only child who was beautiful, smart and sweet. She was the perfect daughter, who was very, very much loved and adored by her doting parents. Ryan Mark Gratzer, a 25-year-old resident of Burley, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023, at Cassia Regional Hospital, with his mom holding his hand. He was surrounded by his dad, mom, brothers and partner. Ryan was born September 28, 1997, in Newport News, Virginia, to Mark and Trudy Gratzer. He became a big brother to Brandon just a year-and-a-half later and shortly thereafter the family moved to Boise, Idaho. At five years old, he became a big brother again to Devin. Lilyce was born June 23, 1928, in Lewisville, Idaho, the seventh child of William Perrin and Ella May Allen Walker. She had four brothers and two sisters.
