He worked as a law enforcement officer in Aberdeen, Idaho. He worked for Simplot's maintenance for 31 years. He ended his work career working for the City of Aberdeen, retiring in February of 2023. Richard Melvin Morris June 8, 1928-October 23, 2023 Richard's best friend once told him that he was nearly impossible to insult. It was just one reason that he had so many best friends. Richard, 95, died on October 23, 2023 in Pocatello, Idaho, of natural causes. Jerry Wayne Freeburne, 82, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away peacefully at his home on September 9, 2023, surrounded by family. Jerry was born September 13, 1940, in Newton, Kansas, to LaReta W. Sharp and Marshall (Jack) Freeburne. He was raised in Newton, Kansas, and graduated from Newton High School in 1958. He was active in the school choir, football, and wrestling. John A. Cerro, from American Falls, went to be with his Savior on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. At his request no services will be held. John was born December 11, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to John and Geraldine Cerro. John served in the United States Navy and was given an honorable discharge.
