Ruthie Owens 65, of 628 Lancaster Highway Apt. 329, Chester, SC. passed away on Tuesday March 29, 2022 at MUSC Health in Lancaster, SC. Memorial service will be held on Friday April 8, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Chapel of King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery St., Chester, SC.
