Ruth I. Beidleman Ruth I. Beidleman, 91, of Mahomning Township, passed away Tuesday, May 31, in her home. She was the wife of the late Marvin H.C. Beidleman. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at the former Gnaden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton, for 26 years until retiring in 1995. Ruth was a member of Faith Alive Methodist Church. She was active in Project Tuesday, which benefits shut-ins at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bowmanstown. Ruth was a hard worker. She canned vegetables, helped on the farm, and raised her seven children. She loved family gatherings. Born in Bowmanstown, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Viola (Ramaley) Davis. Survivors: daughters, Cynthia, and husband Leonard Swatt, Linda, and husband Paul Rau, Debra, and husband Paul Fritz, Beverly, and husband Rocco DiGilio; sons, Dwight, and wife Audrey, Bryan, and wife Dawne; 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, in Faith Alive United Methodist Church, 678 Pine St, Palmerton. Call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 2, and 10-11 a.m. Friday, all in church. Arrangements, T.K.
