Colonel Rudyard Buenaluz Gao-ay, Sr. PN(M)(Retired) passed away on Saturday, 1, 2018. Dearly beloved husband of 50 years of Teresita; beloved father of Liza, Rudyard "Joe" Jr. (Ceres Cueva). Dearest brother of Lillian Wood, Florina Biteng (Late Virgil), Sampaguita Fuller (William), Roel, Eric "Sonnie" and the late Solomon Jr. Adored grandfather of Micah Gaoay. Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews also survive him.
